My Opinion

I think this book is very insightful into the mind of someone else. More so the reflection of yourself. It makes you think of all the problems and dilemmas in your life and paces them in front of you. It helps you see that you have faced so many things in like for example heartbreak. Well it helps you face the dilemmas but not to mention the good times where you had peace and happiness. I think this book is an amazing book that everyone should read because you can connect to it because it really hits home; it takes you breathe away. One poem that really hits the heart heavy is Tupac's poem "When Ure Heart Turns Cold'

When your heart turns cold it causes your soul to freeze It spreads throughout your spirit like a ruthless filling disease The walls that once were down now stand firm and tall Safe from hate/love, pain/joy until you fell nothing at all

The Most Interesting

The most interesting thing I have read about this book is that love is strong and can be portrayed in many ways. I learned that through writing poetry you can touch many hearts. As I was reading I saw that even Tupac himself had troubles in his life like everyone else. He showed me through his writing that he was human himself. He showed that even though he had fame he still had a heart. He expressed himself to where anyone could see that he felt pain too.

Imprtant Quote

“I know not what I search for

But I know I have yet to find it”

This quote makes me think of how people including me are searching through life trying to find that one thing they’re heart desires. Tupac’s words make me think of how I am dong the same with my life. It makes me think of the big question that some people find and others don’t what is my purpose in life. Also if I’m missing a big life lesson or have overcame an obstacle in my path. How will I know when i have reached it. I'm guessing that I will know when it happens or maybe I won't but when it happens I hope I do because it will be something I achieved and I can say "I did this!"
